Our processing time for all orders is 1-3 business days. Express Shipping will be available to some users these users include our members who sign up to choose standard or express shipping nonmembers are unable to purchase express shipping due to our policy. REFUNDS
Everything You Need To Know!
At juliansbodyshack, we want you to love your skincare products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our Refunds Policy below for all the details on how we handle refunds and returns.
1.Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

Timing: Your request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Condition of Product: The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened or used, except in the case of defective or damaged items.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation email is required to process your refund request.
2.Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:

Used or opened skincare products (for hygiene and safety reasons)

Sale items or items marked as final sale
3.Refund Process
If your return meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Requesting a Refund: If you meet the eligibility requirements, please contact our Customer Support team at juliansbodyshack@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Return Instructions: Once your refund request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your product is defective or damaged, we will provide a full refund or exchange, and return shipping will be covered by us. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged product with photos of the item and packaging.
4.Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact our customer support team at juliansbodyshack@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5.Late Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

6.Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at juliansbodyshack@gmail.com If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation and refund the full amount. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
